Innocent or Guilty?

The reason why I write this letter is to propose under my social criteria some solutions to crime prevention, because in our country is one of the big problems. I personally do not consider it appropriate to speak of more severe punishment, because if we live in a "rule of law” should not lose their sense of logic. For me the solution must be provided by the State through social tools that provide adequate social support and education values that provide more jobs, to create more social aid institutions. To improve public safeties believe the state should strengthen the public forces and create social agencies and community organization.
