Health practices that you follow to stay healthy


The natural desire of man to enjoy a long and healthy life passes directly through the lifestyle that is practiced. Incorrect food, sedentary lifestyle, alcohol abuse, smoking, excess of all kinds, are practices that affect health and life. We all know that, but difficult to adapt to simple lifestyles and healthy because they often collide with our old habits implanted in childhood. Nobody wants to live indefinitely, emulating "Matusalem", the legendary biblical figure who lived 969 years, but not allow so fleeting life of just 33, as is the average life of the inhabitants of some countries, personally I think that trying to make life easier and more comfortable to get us away from healthy living in addition to increasing forms of distraction or technological advances that influence people to a sedentary lifestyle is contrary to the healthy habits such as playing sports, eating meals fast, eat healthy food, eating a certain amount of fruits daily.

  2. Para disfrutar de una vida larga lo más importante es ser feliz y cuidar de nuestro cuerpo. Lo principal es evitar las adicciones, ya sea a comida, o a alguna droga, y tratar de mantenernos activos.
