I personally think that Video games are means to entertain and have a fun time. The problem is that many people are obsessed with video games and this causes many problems such as loss of time, as many people especially children and young people devote long for the video games that makes you to take time to study, family, sports. “Criticism of the game are based on the negative effects that the failure of too much screen time and completely inhibited in a fantasy world can have on emotional development. Occasionally it has been shown that the fast moving graphics can cause seizures in people with various types of epilepsy. In addition most of the criticisms arising from a generation gap or religio-political influences”. The impact caused the video games I think Costa Rican society is more negative than positive since many children and teenagers through video games live in a fantasy world and away from social reality.
